If you’re an investor, there’s never been a better time in history to get into real estate, according to a MarketWatch contributor. Prices continue to increase, with median home prices rising to new all-time highs in some areas. New home sales are at a seven-year high on strong demand, and foreclosures are at the lowest level since at least 2000. Moreover, financing options available to investors have expanded dramatically so investors don’t have to take out a typical mortgage from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to buy a rental property.
