Being disappointed after visiting a for sale home.
Buyers should know that pictures can be deceiving. What they see on the MLS or in any website advertising homes for sale, are not always what the actual homes look like. More likely the pictures have been enhanced to get the attention of prospective buyers.
Buyers should always ask their agents to show them the home before placing an offer. Keep in mind the potential of the home and the chance to make it your own according to your needs. Meaning, don’t disregard the home just because of how it looks at the moment but because of not fitting your needs.
