First-time homebuyers come out in force but face new challenges

With a short supply of housing that has characterized the real estate market for the past four years, buyers say finding a home that meets their needs is the biggest challenge they face in purchasing a home. But recently, buyers have said that finding a home was no longer their biggest challenge. Now their biggest problem is time, with 35 percent of buyers saying they had just started to explore and were not yet ready to buy.
